Throughout this time, she advised a broad portfolio of nonprofit organizations and developed deep expertise in nonprofit financial management, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
At Han Group, Liz partners directly with CEOs, CFOs, and governing boards to strengthen financial infrastructure, elevate reporting, and drive operational discipline. Her work is centered on building financial credibility – ensuring organizations have the clarity, controls, and forward-looking insight required to support strategic decision-making and long-term sustainability.
She leads the delivery of integrated accounting and advisory solutions, spanning outsourced accounting, interim CFO leadership, financial operations transformation, internal control and risk assessments, and system and process optimization. Liz also brings deep expertise in federal and non-federal grants and contracts, including compliance, reporting, and indirect cost rate negotiations.

She is highly effective in aligning finance functions with organizational priorities, enabling leadership teams to operate with confidence while maintaining rigorous standards of accountability and transparency.
