Prior to joining Han Group, Jan gained extensive nonprofit experience as an auditor and Managed Accounting Services Director at Raffa, PC (now CBIZ). She began her professional career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), where she worked with nonprofit organizations as well as defense contractors and high-technology businesses. These experiences shaped her disciplined, standards-driven approach to audit and financial reporting.

Her work includes guiding organizations through complex accounting standards, strengthening internal controls, and applying best practices in financial reporting.
